What is the difference between an ultrasonic diffuser and a ventilation diffuser?

An ultrasonic diffuser uses vibrations to disperse essential oils and water into a fine mist, while a ventilation diffuser uses a fan to blow air through a pad soaked with essential oils, dispersing the fragrance into the air.

What type of water should I use for optimal maintenance of the aroma diffuser?

If you are using an ultrasonic diffuser, for optimal maintenance, it is recommended to use mineral water (bottled or tap water) with the aroma diffuser.

Should I add water or essential oils first in the aroma diffuser?

If you are using an ultrasonic diffuser, always add water to the aroma diffuser tank before adding essential oil or fragrance oil.

Can I use pure essential oil or fragrance oil without water in the aroma diffuser?

If you are using an ultrasonic diffuser, which comes with a water tank: Do NOT use pure essential oils or home fragrances without water in the aroma diffuser. Always add water to the aroma diffuser tank, then add 3 to 6 drops essential oils or fragrance oil. Putting oil without water or putting too much oil will clog the mist plate.

What should I do if water infiltrates my ultrasonic aroma diffuser?

If water infiltrates the aroma diffuser, unplug it immediately and allow it to dry for at least 3 days before reusing.

How often should I clean the water tank of my ultrasonic aroma diffuser?

It is recommended to clean the water tank of the ultrasonic aroma diffuser every 3 days. Use fresh tap water or cleaning agents as recommended by the manufacturer. Avoid using chemical products or corrosive detergents.

How should I clean and maintain my electric massager?

Clean the massager after each use with a damp cloth. Do NOT submerge any electric product in water. Store the massager in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Is it safe to inhale the mist produced by the ultrasonic aroma diffuser?

No, the ultrasonic aroma diffuser is intended for ambience diffusion purposes only. It should not be inhaled.

Can children safely use ultrasonic aroma diffusers?

The aroma diffuser can be used by children aged 8 years and above, provided they are supervised and instructed on safe usage. Children should not play with the aroma diffuser.

My ultrasonic aroma diffuser is not working anymore

To troubleshoot the issue, we recommend trying the following steps:

1. Check if the mist plate is obstructed by any residue. Clean the mist plate with a soft cloth or cotton swab to remove any mineral deposits or debris.

2. Check if there is any water that infiltrated the water tank. Let it dry for 3 days before reusing the diffuser again.

3. When operating the diffuser, ensure that the water tank is filled within the recommended limits, and that the supplied adaptor is in proper working order.
